Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during transit.
An item is considered damaged if:
- It is physically broken, or
- It has a clear manufacturing defect
Damaged outer packaging (e.g. dented boxes) with an intact product does not qualify as damage.
Reporting Damage
- Report any damaged items within 72 hours of delivery

- A clear photo of the damage
If approved, we will provide a free replacement.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

- Improper use or misuse
Shipping & Delivery
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, some delays are outside our control.
Seravanta is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Customs
- External shipping issues

- Lost packages

Incorrect Shipping Address
